Working for the right school makes a difference in how you approach your professional goals. We work with talented educators during their job search to learn about their credentials and successfully place them in schools that match their educational philosophy. Our online interface allows candidates to develop a free profile that tracks their application and links them to our client schools. We recruit year round to support our candidates and increase their visibility in the job market. Through our annual recruitment conference candidates meet with school representatives to expedite their application process and establish work placement.
Who We Recruit
Independent Placements is committed to recruiting talented educators who are invested in delivering high quality education, and exhibit strong leadership within their school community. All candidates who wish to register with our site must have a Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred), a strong academic background, New York State Certification and a minimum of three years of field experience. Please note that New York State Certification is not required for operations related positions.
How to Register
To register click on the link below. Please note that you must submit a PDF copy of your resume, cover letter, and three references. Candidates may also submit letters of references and transcripts. Once we review your materials and feel you meet the credentials for a job post, we will contact you to schedule an interview. When your profile and interview have been completed, we will then follow up with schools to present your candidacy. Unfortunately, not all applicants will be contacted as they might not fit the credentials for a given vacancy or we might not have a vacancy that they inquire about.
